We all are living in times where we face new and challenging environmental problems. The demands are high and resources are scarce. We at JIMS understand the social responsibility towards conserving energy and reducing pollution in our surrounding.

In times of scarcity the renewable resources of nature come to the rescue of both environment and mankind. In order to make life sustainable in long run not only for JIMS but also for surrounding villages we, at JIMS have adopted the policy to renew, reuse and preserve valuable resources.

In order to forward JIMS objectives of conserving resources, water recycling and solar power generation projects have been commissioned. The results are there for everyone to see.

THE SOLAR POWER PROJECT

The solar power has been a breakthrough technology in the energy production arena where the energy from sunlight is converted into electricity. The solar power is an efficient and cost effective source of energy. The solar power plant at JIMS Hospital was inaugurated under the auspices of Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Sri Srimanarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji on the 23^rd of March 2018. The dignitaries at the event were Mr. Jagpati Rao, Chairman Admission Council JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College& Hospital and Mrs J Rameshwar Rao . Mr R K Rai Chaudhary MD,  Abhja Power  and Mr. D Nishant , MD Pure Energy were felicitated by his highness Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji on the auspicious occasion. The solar power project will be covering the total energy requirements at JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College& Hospital, as well.

Faculty and students of JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital participated in The XXV National Homoeopathic Congress of the Indian Institute of Homoeopathic Physicians ( I.I.H.P) ” Homoeo Vision Chennai 2017″ held on the 2nd & 3rd of December 2017 at the Chennai Trade Centre , Nandambakkam.

The topics for deliberations in this congress were selected based on clinical aspects of Organon of Medicine, Materia Medical & Repertory. The recent trends in Research Technology & Innovation were included for the benefit of the participants. The Congress aimed at infusing science into the Art of Healling through Homoeopathy.

Final year BHMS students of Dr. Hahnemann Homeopathy Medical College and Research Centre, Chennai who visited JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital along with their faculty on 21st November 2017 as part of their educational tour.

On the 10th of November 2017 JIMS Hospital in collaboration with SHARP NGO conducted a counselling programme on “ Good touch & Bad Touch” for school children at Penjarla Village.

The homeopathic books Swabhava Vaidyam (Treatment based on temperament) , Shtree Sishu Vaidyam(Treatment for Women and Children) written by renowned Homoeopath Dr. Pavuluri Krishna Choudhary Chairman Academic Council JIMS & Director Hyderabad School of Homoeopathy were released on the 23rd of April 2017 at the Convention Centre of Ramoji Film City.

The book was released at the hands of His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji in the presence of Sri Ramoji Rao Chairman Ramoji Group. The esteemed Chief Guest for the event was Dr. Jupally Rameshwar Rao , Executive Chairman My Home Industries Private Limited. The special guest who graced the occasion with their presence were Dr. Karunakar Reddy , Vice Chancellor Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Dr. A Rajender Reddy , Director AYUSH Department Telangana, Sri. J Jagapati Rao , Executive Chairman My Home Power Private Limited & Dr. Arvind Kothe Director JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital. Eminent homoeopaths from across the city and the staff and students of JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital attended the grand event. His Highness Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji honoured Dr. Pavuliri K Choudhary with the title of “ Modern Hahnemann” and appreaciated his humungous contribution in the field of homoepathy. He expressed his desire to have the books translated in English & Hindi so that these books could benefit the society at large.
