Dr.Arvind Kothe Director JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital Presided over the function.

While appreciating the excellent infrastructure and the environment for higher learning at JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Dr.Anil Khurana has assured to provide Necessary technical support to the institution to promote Research.

Dr. Anil Khurana in his address highlighted on the Problems encountered in Hahnemann proving, history of Evolution of drug proving to Double blind with inclusion of Lab investigations, development of CCRH Protocol – institutional protocol published in British Homoeopathic Journal, Major changes from 1987 to new protocol 2010 – age, doses, scale, washout period, potency quota, compared studies of both the old and new protocols, the placebo symptoms and proving symptoms produced from various quota potencies,etc

Dr. Pritha Mehra Research officer (H) Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy,during her address presented the latest protocol with changes in inclusion and exclusion criteria,process of drug proving,safety assessment – serious adverse events, adverse event, adverse drug reactions, its management and reporting,date collection, processing, analysis (unblinding) and management.

The homeopathic books Swabhava Vaidyam (Treatment based on temperament) , Shtree Sishu Vaidyam(Treatment for Women and Children) written by renowned Homoeopath Dr. Pavuluri Krishna Choudhary Chairman Academic Council JIMS & Director Hyderabad School of Homoeopathy were released on the 23rd of April 2017 at the Convention Centre of Ramoji Film City.

The book was released at the hands of His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji in the presence of Sri Ramoji Rao Chairman Ramoji Group. The esteemed Chief Guest for the event was Dr. Jupally Rameshwar Rao , Executive Chairman My Home Industries Private Limited. The special guest who graced the occasion with their presence were Dr. Karunakar Reddy , Vice Chancellor Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Dr. A Rajender Reddy , Director AYUSH Department Telangana, Sri. J Jagapati Rao , Executive Chairman My Home Power Private Limited & Dr. Arvind Kothe Director JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital. Eminent homoeopaths from across the city and the staff and students of JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital attended the grand event. His Highness Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji honoured Dr. Pavuliri K Choudhary with the title of “ Modern Hahnemann” and appreaciated his humungous contribution in the field of homoepathy. He expressed his desire to have the books translated in English & Hindi so that these books could benefit the society at large.

Mr. Rajeshwar Tiwari , Special Chief Secretary Health Medical & Family Welfare, Govt of Telangana visited JIMS Hospital & JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College on the 2nd of April 2017. Dr. Karunakar Reddy , Vice Chancellor Kaloji Narayana Rao Univeristy of Health Sciences, Dr. Rameshwar Rao Chairman Governing Council, Dr. Pavuluri Krishna Chaudhary Chairman Academic Council y & Mr. Jagpati Rao Chairman Admisison Council accompanied him on his visit. It was a very auspicious day as the Special Chief Secretary graced us with his presence. He encouraged the staff & students at JIMS with his enlightening words. We at JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital were obliged by his kind gesture of taking time out of his busy schedule to visit the institute and give his valuable inputs.

Free Eye Camp conducted by Win Vision in collaboration with JIMS Hospital on Sunday the 12th of March 2017. Total of 185 patients from surrounding villages were evaluated for eye complaints during this camp.
