Free Homoeopathic and Allopathic medicines were provided to all .
Camp concluded on 16th February at 4.30 pm, it was followed by valedictory function. The valedictory program was attended by legislator E Dayakar Rao, My Home Group chairman J Rameshwar Rao, MD J Jagapathi Rao, TDP vice president T Krishna Reddy, other leaders present were Prasad Reddy, Bhaskar Rao, DCMS chairman Sravan Kumar Goud, former chairman Yellaiah Mudiraj, village sarpanch Rajasekhara Reddy, Siddulu, Mahendar Reddy, D Satyanarayana Goud, Saritha Ravinder, Siddeswar Rathnam, GB Subhash, Krishnaiah, Kishen Naik, Pentaiah and Suresh Babu. Participation certificates were given to all the volunteers and staff in appreciation of their efforts. All the doctors, team leaders and press were felicitated on stage to recognize their efforts in the camp.
The entire camp was planned and executed under the able leadership of Mr J. Jagapathi Rao, MD My-Home Industries and Dr J. Rameshwar Rao Chairman My-Home. Camp planning, administration, management , infrastructure and manpower coordination were handled by Mr. Ratnam Choudhary, Mr. Vinayak Rao, Mr. Bansal, Dr. Ravindra and team.
JIMS and JIVA being the host organization worked in tandem to provide full support to the organizing team. JIMS Medical Superintendent, Dr. Reetha Krishnan, and Administrative Officer, Mr. Ragupathy Reddy coordinated the efforts from the hospital. Dr.Navin Pawaskar, was present on all the three days during the camp and also attended the felicitation funtion for the press and media. The entire JIMS staff worked tirelessly through the successful completion of the camp. JIVA coordination was spearheaded by Mr. Purushotam Rao, Mr. E. Rama Rao. JIVA staff looked after guest and coordinated the inauguration and valedictory function. Mr. Ragunath Swamy and JIVA team organized the food for all three days of the camp.
HMTC, The Hans India, City Vision and entire press community extended their full support to the camp. To acknowledge and appreciate their effort a small tea party was organized in JIMS hospital and felicitation was done by Mr Jagpathy Rao, Dr Navin Pawaskar and Dr Reetha Krishnan on 18th Feb.
All the scanned case sheets are analyzed to identify the needs of the patients. Based on the analysis report the organizers will be meeting with the leaders of other participating hospital to chalk out the plan to manage the clinical conditions identified in the camp. A team met on 20th Feb to plan the post camp management of patients.
