This year, in observance of World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week (18th-24th November), Jims Hospital organized an insightful session on 22nd November 2024, as part of the global campaign led by the World Health Organization (WHO).
The event was a collaborative effort by the Hospital Infection Prevention & Control Committee (HIPCC) to raise awareness about the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance and its impact on human health, animals, food production, and the environment.

The session was attended by staff from all hospital departments, fostering great discussions and collaboration in the fight against AMR.
