This year, in observance of World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week (18th-24th November), Jims Hospital organized an insightful session on 22nd November 2024, as part of the global campaign led by the World Health Organization (WHO).
The event was a collaborative effort by the Hospital Infection Prevention & Control Committee (HIPCC) to raise awareness about the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance and its impact on human health, animals, food production, and the environment.
